What VES 360 Does

Advancing circular infrastructure for sustainable resource recovery and cleaner energy.

VES 360 develops modular infrastructure that diverts non-recyclable waste from landfill, recovers valuable materials, and converts residual waste into reliable electricity through non-incineration gasification. We work with governments, infrastructure partners and investors to deploy commercially viable waste-to-energy solutions at small scale, near the source of the waste stream — rather than through large centralised incineration.

Platform Vision

From source to safe disposal — use our app for full traceability, waste tracked end to end

Beyond infrastructure, VES 360 is building the platform layer that connects people directly to the waste ecosystem. Through the VES 360 app, you select the waste stream you want to hand over, specify the quantity, and choose the partner facility receiving it. The platform verifies the handover, credits your environmental contribution with sustainability rewards, and shows exactly which facility processed your waste — with complete traceability of the value added at every stage, from collection through to end-of-life recycling or energy recovery.

Select Waste & Quantity

Choose the waste stream and enter the quantity you're handing over, right from the app.

Choose a Facility

Pick the VES 360 facility — owned or partner-operated — receiving your waste.

Hand Over & Verify

The facility confirms receipt and the handover is logged on the platform.

Track Value at Every Stage

Follow your waste stream through processing, with visibility into the value added at each step.

Earn Sustainability Rewards

Your environmental contribution is acknowledged and rewarded on the platform.

Every handover traced end-to-end Value addition rewarded at every stage

Technology Platform
IWERC

The IWERC technology stack — engineered as one closed-loop system

The proprietary technologies at the core of our Integrated Waste to Energy and Recycling Complex (IWERC) — designed to function as either a central hub or a localised spoke within our decentralised waste management model — are anchored by our advanced updraft gasifier series. Together, the gasification, gas-cleaning and zero-liquid-discharge process operates as a closed-loop ecosystem, maximising the recovery of natural resources while maintaining a clean environmental footprint — all of it coordinated by our own digital operations platform.

VES360-AUGX advanced updraft gasifier
VES360-AUGX

Advanced Updraft Gasifier

Precision-engineered as a continuous updraft system, this core technology is optimised to process Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) into a highly stable, energy-rich syngas.

How it operates

RDF is fed from the top and descends against an upward flow of gasifying agents. This counter-current design creates distinct thermal zones inside the reactor. As the hot gases rise, they pre-dry and pre-heat the incoming fuel, resulting in exceptional thermal efficiency and a stable, high-yield syngas output.

VES360-LTTC low-temperature tar cracker
VES360-LTTC

Low-Temperature Tar Cracker

This advanced thermal reactor actively targets and breaks down complex hydrocarbons, maximising syngas purity while preventing downstream system plugging.

How it operates

Syngas is injected tangentially, creating a cyclonic vortex inside the chamber. By introducing specialised external media into this high-turbulence flow, heavy tar molecules are "cracked" into lighter, combustible gases at lower temperatures than conventional units, safely enhancing the overall energy yield.

VES360-Q&D quench and demister system
VES360-Q&D

Integrated Multi-Stage Quench & Demister System

Built with specialised acid-resistant components, this multi-stage train integrates a primary quench, secondary quench and demister to ensure optimal downstream stability.

How it operates

Hot syngas is first subjected to a rapid water spray (primary quench), instantaneously dropping the temperature and condensing out heavy particulates. A secondary quench further cools the gas before it enters the demister, which physically strips away remaining suspended water droplets — delivering clean, dry, engine-ready syngas.

VES360-ZLD

Integrated ETP & Zero Liquid Discharge Facility

Sustainability engineered into the core. Our closed-loop Effluent Treatment Plant processes and recycles all operational water, achieving true zero liquid discharge for a completely green footprint.

How it operates

Wastewater generated from the quenching and cooling stages is captured and routed through a series of advanced filtration and chemical treatments. Pure water is extracted and cycled back into the plant's operational loop, while remaining impurities are reduced to dry, safely manageable solids — so no liquid waste leaves the facility.

VES360-WMP waste management platform control room
VES360-WMP

Waste Management Platform

A comprehensive, modular digital platform architected to make decentralised waste management economically viable and deeply sustainable. Built on over 12 years of on-the-ground learnings, VES360-WMP is the world's first platform of its kind, driving measurable impact across 11 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

How it operates

Acting as the digital brain of the IWERC, VES360-WMP continuously pulls data from across the plant to automate and optimise workflows — waste tracking, traceability, transaction and settlement management. Its algorithms also manage the energy generated by the engines and solar plant, balancing power between internal plant operations, on-site EV fast-charging, and real-time grid-balancing support.
